Before completing this form please check this website and decide: which date you want to change your booking to?
Once we have received this completed form you will be contacted by phone to pay the change fee and complete the change requested.
Please note the following fees, terms and conditions which apply to your Booking Change:
- Changes with more than 48 hours notice incur a $44 rebooking fee either to be paid by the client or the agency if the booking is to be rescheduled.
- Changes with less than 48 hours notice incur a $88 rebooking fee either to be paid by the client or the agency if the booking is to be rescheduled.
- Change fees must be payed immediately by credit card via telephone 0452 224 992 prior to change occurring
- Students must attend the course on time. Should they be late or fail to attend a $77 rebooking fee will be incurred.
- Cancellations or no shows do not obtain any refund.
